2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

The products offered for sale are available in limited quantities. Usually, allow 3 to 5 days for the order to be shipped.
When the product is not immediately available, the Customer will be informed of the progress of its manufacture.

3. PRICE

The prices appearing on the online Store are expressed in Euros including tax.
They can be modified at any time and without notice.
To this price, it is necessary to add the shipping costs indicated at the time of the order, as well as customs fees if concerned.

4. ORDER

Orders are made directly online on the website   sabelya.fr

A form is made available to collect all the information necessary to process the order.
All orders are processed upon receipt of payment and depending on product availability at the time of validation.

5. PAYMENT

Different payment methods are available. The order will only be validated upon receipt of the amount due.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer. It can only take place once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, as soon as the items ordered are available.
Delivery is made by   La Poste   in France and Europe.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Except 'custom design' products, the Customer benefits from a withdrawal period of 7 days, from the moment he receives the order. He can use this right without having to justify himself. To do this, he must return the products to us at his expense.
Before any return of merchandise, inform us through the website.
The order refund will be made within 7 days upon receipt.
Products must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging. Incomplete or damaged products will not be taken back.
The Sabelya® contribution to shipping costs as well as the Credit Cards and Paypal charges amount will be deducted.

7. GUARANTEE AND SERVICE

Our products are handmade and guaranteed against any manufacturing defect.
The wear of so-called 'consumable items‘ such Tubes, are the responsibility of the Customer.
